1. Platform Use

Validiam provides ticket issuance and validation technology for events. Use of the platform is subject to the following conditions:

• •You must be over 18 years old to use our services
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• •Fraudulent or illegal use of the platform is not permitted

2. Liability

Validiam is not responsible for the event itself, but only for the ticket issuance technology.

• →Events are managed by third parties (the organizers)
• →Validiam is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or problems with the event
• →Refund policies depend exclusively on the organizer

3. Payments

The buyer agrees that:

• •Payments are made directly to the event organizer
• •Validiam does not act as a financial intermediary
• •Payment disputes must be resolved directly with the organizer

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content (software, design, logos, texts) is the property of Validiam Tech SL. Its reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be notified through the platform or by email.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona.
